Summary: | The authors revealed the relevance of introducing the project «DE: E-learning and e-learning environment" in Mininskom University to meet the requirements of the state and the university. The basic stages, purpose and strategic objectives of the project. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of tasks in the initial stage of the project focused on the formation of the electronic information-educational environment of the university, contributing to improve the quality of training of students and availability of teacher education. This article provides a brief overview of developments in the course of the project in 2013-2014 academic year, an analysis of specific measures as part of the tasks. Questions and problems of quality of the educational environment are the components of the implementation phase of the project as a priority functionally and personally meaningful.
