We approached this study from a mixed, "non-experimental", "transversal" and "descriptive" methodology; the data collection technique used was: face-to-face survey and documentary research. The analysis of the data was carried out in the software SPSS version 22. In terms of results, 62% of the respondents stated that the hygiene factors are adequate. On the other hand, a similar percentage (63%) accepted that they perceived motivating factors during the performance of their work.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VRwcvCnLxL4o_zZffbBNGtz43sIWgHRn/viewautomotive sectorhuman capitaljob satisfaction
