INVESTIGATION INTO THE AlN AND AlO RADICAL FORMATION PROCESSES IN THE PLASMA DUE TO DEFOCUSING OF DOUBLE LASER PULSES INCIDENT ON OXIDIZED ALUMINUM

The influence of the laser-pulse radiation defocusing on the formation of the desired component and charge composition of the surface plasma is studied using the laser spark spectrometry (LSS-1 spectrometer). The possibility for increasing the portion of AlO and AlN radicals in the plasma when the a...

Description
Summary:The influence of the laser-pulse radiation defocusing on the formation of the desired component and charge composition of the surface plasma is studied using the laser spark spectrometry (LSS-1 spectrometer). The possibility for increasing the portion of AlO and AlN radicals in the plasma when the aluminum target is subjected to the effect of the successive defocused double laser pulses is shown.
