Now, the objective is to identify these coalitions, at first as a foreign policy strategy of the current government and, secondly, as a result of the current configuration of international relations post-bipolar era. With information about foreign policy's actions I try to show how, in a multilateralism manner what force, new alternatives in proposal by developing countries, to expand their skills in major international forums.
