Summary:Human resources are the primary kind of university resources. In order to realize sustainable development, universities must put development and management of human resources a priority. However, at present, human resource management of universities hasn’t attracted enough attention and is neither scientific. To better enhance the competitiveness of universities, this thesis introduces the competency model to study human resource management of universities according to the evaluation results of main positions, with the vision of accelerating the development of human resources of universities.
