Summary: | Introduction: Education is one of the largest and most diversified systems of every community which will determine its fate in future. By considering this fact that development is based on education of qualitative and competent workforce, necessity of their education becomes obvious. In document of fundamental transformation, teachers are the most effective part and because of constant changes on pedagogy, it is necessary for teachers and managers to learn new skills.Materials and methods: Thus for the importance and role of this document in education, this study aims to analysis the contents of document of fundamental transformations in education quantitatively and qualitatively with respect to five dimensions of organizational learning in Chiva et al. `s (2007) OLC measurement instrument. Techniques of content analysis and Shanon entropy were used for analysis.Results: Results of this study show that decision making and interaction with the external environment dimensions were of most emphasis and less emphasis were on dialogue, experimentation and risk taking respectively.conclusion: It seems to achieve the goals of document of fundamental transformations in education, it is necessary to reconsider all areas of educational policies for organizational learning. |
