This phenomenon is reflected as burnout or contagion of emotions similar<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> to those suffered by subjects treated, characterized by pain, anguish and fear behaviors,<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> and is associated with the cost of care. The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> emergence of relationships that emerge in the process of social intervention, as<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> simultaneous complex relationships that keep reciprocity between the life of the social <span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;">worker, the suffering of the treated subject and labor dynamics, where a frame is shared<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;"> favoring meanings recirculation secondary traumatic stress.
