Method: The research method was correlation and the statistical society was the all parents of ASD children in the whole country was 4000 in 1396. Using a purposeful sampling method, one of the 31 provinces of the country was a center and in the provinces of Tehran and Alborz, two autism-related organizations were also selected. A total of 623 eligible subjects were selected and included Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), by Cohen and Kamarck, Mermelstein (1983), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), of Zimet, Dahlem, Zimet and Farley (1988), Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation (CISS) of Endler, and Parker (1990), and World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF), (1996). After deleting 11 data, 612 data were analyzed by structural equation modeling.
