The ability of young people to learn quickly, their high adaptability to changes, readiness for additional loads and business trips, flexibility and mobility have been noticed. The importance of building the system “school – university – organization” has been considered. The main options for recruiting young specialists have been highlighted: selection for initial positions, for trainee positions, programs for selecting the best candidates. The most important motivating factors for young professionals when choosing an employer and future field of activity have been identified.
