The author stated that Russian-Ukrainian crisis after 2014 forced the leadership of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) to take more balanced position on the postSoviet space, mainly in Moldova where exists the competing to the ROC the church jurisdiction and also the separatist and unionist pro-Romanian ideas. As a result of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and the current church split between Moscow Patriarchate and Constantinople became more evident the interests of the Russian Church on its territory. Also appeared that church interests differ sometimes from the interests of the Russian foreign policy but not yet contradicting to it. In the light of the situation in Moldova and Ukraine Russian Church wants to have good relations with all authorities in general supporting the European vector of the progress of the countries-neighbors of Russia (besides the breaking of the bible values).
