Controlling the Public Administration is essential to:– realize a political lordship on the public community;– take possession of the public funds and of the various opportunities offered by the Public Administrations;– obtain that accumulation of money and “social capital” that allows it to operate within the legal market.These theories have been developed according to the studies performed in the last 25 years in Campania and are strictly linked to “Camorra” phenomenon.http://journals.openedition.org/qds/758
