Summary:The current study presented in vitro plant development of Calendula officinalis on MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium supplemented with different formula of hormones. The morphogenetic response was evaluated by recording the number of plantlets, the plant height and weight. The results showed that small amounts of hormones can improve the plantlets growth in the case of Calendula officinalis.
