Look‐alikes, sound‐alikes: Three cases of insidious medication errors
Abstract Physicians should be aware of look‐alike/sound‐alike (LASA) drug names. Clearly legible drug prescriptions, preferably via electronic drug prescription systems, and the use of Tall Man lettering may help to prevent LASA medication errors.
