Summary: | Still growing up interest in the low-emission economy has under it not only economic considerations, but also established fundamental changes in the image of the European (Western) culture. On the one hand a number of practical challenges leave no doubt as to the necessity of introduction and spread of this type of management resources. On the other hand, a reflection on the most basic principles of our culture allows to type these economic phenomenon to fundamental discourse of responsibility that become the basis for an entirely new postsecular paradigm for West. In this way, low-emission economy arises not as random (useful) a good idea, but as an organic part of a much larger historical process becomes economically incarnation of the value system of this just now emerging metaparadigm. |
