From Plans and Programs to educational practices.Nirian Carbajal Rodríguez0Instituto de Formación Docente (IFD), Canelones-Uruguay.In times of neoliberal globalization, an exclusionary model of social groups, cultures, human lives, species and other beings of nature, it is crucial to think about the ethical dilemmas that are generated in terms of violence and destruction. In this scenario, it is necessary to enable ethical reflection on naturalized or assumed ways of living, both individually and socially when market rules prevail. Insofar as public education policies carry implicit conceptions of the world, of the subject and of knowledge, they can be analyzed, interpreted and subjected to value judgment. It is in the field of formal education, where the deconstruction and reconstruction of the values and principles that underpin these modes of thinking, feeling and acting are opened up.
