If thereis a correlation then the deformations valuesdifferences will be provided by measuring errors; ifthe correlation is not present then the deformationsvalues differences will be provided by coarse errors.This paper is intended to identify theproblems from the presented systems, that provideswrong deformations and to exclude them.Fourier analysis [1-3] is used to generatethe correlations of deformations measured by thesetwo different methods.
