The study was guided by six objectives and six research questions. The research adopted a survey research design The data generated was analyzed using simple frequency percentage and mean. The study revealed that the following variable was shown to have a positive impact on customer satisfaction namely high quality service, and the main negative impact identified by the respondents was the lack of staff training.
