Two other issues are also at stake here: the sudden success enjoyed by the term 'autofiction'; and the role played by the literature made in Argentina, or related to this country, for the diffusión of that word. The debate will be reopened when considering novels written by two of Borges' antagonists: Gombrowicz and Copi.
