The study revealed an improve-ment of 90% in their symptoms at the end of the study with an increase of maximum flow rate (MFR) by 5-5.5 ml/sec and average flow rate (AFR) 2.5-3 ml/sec. Adverse effects were minimum and patient compliance was very good with good drug tolerability.
