These changes concern the formulation of the main goal of an organization, process and structural solutions, management concept, relations with clients, a different look at resources, using knowledge as a source of innovation etc. One of the conditions for the functioning and development of contemporary organizations is systemic utilization of knowledge for solving the emerging problems, including the creation of innovations. Satisfying this condition requires using knowledge in management.
