Summary:In connection with the increased diagnostic capabilities of X-ray methods, bronchiectasis is increasingly being diagnosed today. The main problem of patients’ management is the heterogeneity of the etiological factors, as well as the lack of evidence base for the effectiveness of therapy. The article presents a clinical case of bronchiectasis in a patient with chronic carriage of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (mucoid strain) and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
