Summary:According to Schiffman and Kanuk (2000), two individual could experiencesimilar exposure but how each individual chooses, coordinates and interprets theinformation depends greatly on each needs, desire and aspirations. Relatively, aquality service or product provided by an organization will greatly influencecustomer’s perception on whether to accept or reject the service offered. Thispaper will highlight and discuss the internationalstudent’s perception of servicequality in higher learning institute particularly elements that are related toteaching and learning quality in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor BahruCampus. A total of 355 international students participated in this study and theinstrument used was a set of questionnaire adoptedfrom Hamidahet.al(2004)based on the Analysis Model of SERVPERF.
