The aim of the article is to point out the correlation between the determinants of conduct or run a business sector, creative industries and the selection of a particular type of organizational and legal form of the company. The main conclusion which is part of the analysis is contained in the statement that the specificity of the areas of activity of enterprises in the creative sector is a key element in determining the choice of certain organizational and legal forms of these enterprises. |
