At the moment, there is a high interest in the possibilities of artificial intelligence for use in business tasks in the world, as there are already examples of successful implementation, when Artificial Intelligence and machine learning radically change the way they work and increase the profit of organizations in different countries.The purpose of this study is to consider how artificial intelligence affects the value proposition and how the elements of the business model change when using this technology.
