Description
Summary:The musée d’Elbeuf is known as a mixed museum, with a collection of over 45 000 objects, ranging from atural science to archeology to local history or fine arts. Its collection was moved in 2010 after a change in status in 2007. In that intervening period the legal and physical preparations for the move were made, the team had to find solutions for the deployment of specimens in a variety of often ill adapted spaces. The work was frequently slowed by the discovery of « forgotten » or particularly curious pieces.
