El aguila imperial se asoma a la sublime puerta: espionaje y propaganda franquista en Turquía durante la Segunda guerra mundial

Turkey played a role of the first order inside the activities of Spanish espionage, in favour of the Axis, across the figure of the falangist Pedro Prat y Soutzo. For the performance of these activities during the Second World War it relied on the collaboration of a group of white Russians that they established direct connection with the German services of espionage, in particular with the network Klatt. For the study of these aspects we will resort to abundant documentation of archives contained in the Archivo General de la Administración (Madrid) and the Archivo del Ministerio de Exteriores (Madrid), as well as British and North American archives. All this information will complement itself with bibliography on the operations of espionage opened by the Allied powers and of the Axis in Turkey during the years of world contest.
