Summary: | Biomechanics is part of a scientific discipline that applies basic mechanical principles to explain the performance system in the human body (living things). One of the applications in the human body is when doing push-ups. Push-up tools are made to determine the relationship between arm length, mass, and angle to the force and torque. After the tool is assembled, the tool has experimented with mass manipulation variables of 125 g; 290 g; 515 g and body length of 20; 40; 60 cm. Based on the experimental result, it is shown that the greater the arm’s length, the greater the force and torque. The greater the mass of the object, the greater the force. |
