Th e prominence of fun-damental rights in the mobilization of private law is unavoidable phenomenon, the result of the universality of concepts.Th e discussions about the way in which fundamental rights would infl uence the Inter privatus relationship had their beginnings in the twentieth century in Germany. In Brazil, the issue is being addressed by recent constitutional doctrine, analyzing its increasing incidence and effi ciency in the legal system. |
