Summary: | <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: ">Se registran siete especies nuevas para la avifauna de Colombia a partir de observaciones y capturas hechas en el Parque Nacional Natural Isla Gorgona, Océano Pacífico, Colombia, <span>Aphriza</span> <span>virgata </span>(Scolopacidae) y <span>Rhodospingus cruentus </span>(Fringillidae) son registros visuales, mientras que la presencia de <span>Stercorarius longicaudus </span>(Stercorariidae), <span>Columbina cruziana, </span>C.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: ">buckleyi </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: ">(Columbidae), <span>Muscisaxicola albilora </span>y de <span>Muscigralla brevicauda </span>(Tyrannidae) queda confirmada con especímenes preservados. Se analizan las posibles causas del arribo a la Isla de las especies terrestres.</span></p><br> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: " lang="EN-US">Seven species are reported as new to the avifauna of Colombia from observations and captures made at Gorgona Island National Park, Pacific Ocean, Colombia <em>Aphriza virgata</em> (Scolopacidae) and <em>Rhodospingus cruentus </em>(Fringillidae) are reported as visual records while the reports of <em>Stercorarius longicaudus </em>(Stercorariidae), <em>Columbina cruziana, </em>C. <em>buckleyi</em></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: " lang="EN-US"> (Columbidae), <em>Muscisaxicola albilora </em>and <em>Muscigralla brevicauda </em>(Tyrannidae) are based on preserved specimens. The possible causes of the arrival to the Island of the terrestrial species are discussed.</span></p>
