The work contains the results of research, which was conducted in order to study perception of wheelchair users in society by youth representatives. The author used survey as the method of scientific research. The respondents were selected from young people under the age of 25 years old. Total number of respondents is 122.  All survey questions were divided into several blocks that correspond to a specific field of study. Therefore, the article provides a detailed analysis of the results, which reflect the perception of wheelchair users in the community. Some of results in the article are specifically emphasized due to its interest. The narrative is reinforced by visual diagrams.
