The sample subjects were divided into three groups. Group 1 was twelve 6th grade mathematics teachers of primary schools under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, Kantaralak District, Sisaket Province. They were selected by the purposive sampling technique and the key informants provided primary data and current problems of mathematical learning management. Group 2 was twenty five 6th grade students of Ban Chan Thongkwauwitaya School, Kantaralak Distirct, Sisaket Province in the second semester of 2015. They were selected by the cluster random sampling technique. They were used for try-out of the model. Group 3 was thirty five 6th grade students of Ban Taloi Nongkhan School under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, Kantaralak District, Sisaket Province. They were selected by the cluster random sampling technique, and the experimental students were used for evaluating the model. The research instrument consisted of a model of learning management for improving mathematical problem-solving abilities, lesson plans, an assessment form of mathematical problem-solving abilities and a questionnaire. The statistics used were the percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples). The research results were presented by descriptive analysis and table. Results of the research were as follows: 1. The model of learning management for improving Mathematical problem-solving abilities consisted of eight key components: 1) rationale and importance of the model, 2) concepts and theories about model development, 3) principle of the model, 4) objectives of the model, 5) three steps of the model: (1) preparation and (2) learning management consisting of seven steps: 2.1) problem presentation, 2.2) brainstorming, 2.3) finding solution for problem, 2.4) solving problem, 2.5) checking, 2.6 practicing skills, and 2.7 evaluation ; and (3) conclusion and evaluation ; 6) social system 7) principle of reflection and 8) support system. The findings showed that the overall appropriateness of the model was at the highest level. 2. The findings indicated that the average index of the efficiency of the model for improving mathematical problem-solving abilities of the students was 85.56/84.71 which was higher than the assigned standard criteria (80/80). Additionally, the overall level of in mathematical problem-solving ability of the students after using the model of learning management was higher than before using the model at the .05 level of the statistical significance.
