Thus corporations that have embraced a culture of entrepreneurship will be effective in their performance market, once corporate entrepreneurs generate continuous innovation within organizations that brings competitive advantages. Given this context, this study aims to describe the level of identification of employees with the organization in two institutions of higher education and how this psychosocial variable affects the relationship between organizational factors and intrapreneurial behavior. Methodologically the research is classified as descriptive, once identified intrapreneurial behavior in three scales: intrapreneurial behavior, organizational identification and organizational factors. For the data analyzed were found significant values for determining the intrapreneurial behavior proposed by organizational factors, namely: management support, freedom at work, rewards, time available and uncertainty in tasks. Although, when added the mediator variable to be analyzed enclosed "organizational identity" model loses its validity. This means that, unlike what Moriano et al. (2009) proposed, organizational identity is not acting, for the institutions studied as a mediator between organizational factors and Intrapreneurial behavior.http://www.periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/gual/article/view/1983-4535.2013v6n1p233/23996IntrapreneurshipIntrapreneurial behaviorHigher education institutions
