This work was developed with four children. Grades of elementary education at a private school in Presidente Prudente and their parents through the application of separate questionnaires to them. We chose to analyze quantitative and qualitative data was categorized and tabulated using Epi info, with critical analysis-reflective of the results presented. The results showed that households surveyed have more than two television sets, children remain less than 3 hours / day on the small screen, and the period of the most watched night. Parents say their children ask for food purchases seen on TV, admitting its influence on children, a fact verified by the children, who feel like eating the food advertised, especially the sweets. dx.doi.org/10.5747/ch.2010.v07.n2/h089Children's eating behaviorEducationMedia |
