Description
Summary:The support of decision-making activities in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) has its specific features. When suggesting steps for the implementation of decision-support tools in the enterprise, we identified two main ways of decision-making support based on the data analysis: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) without BI (Business Intelligence) and ERP with BI. In our contribution, we present costs models of both mentioned decision support systems and their practical interpretation.
