Description
Summary:This study, with its theorical/reflexive character, aims at analysing the evolution in communication processes, in face of society needs. It emphasizes the need to redefine professionals´s attitudes and behavior in relation to clients´s, institutions´s and population´s general requirements. To professionals, such as nurses, should be attributed the role of redefining and/or conducting this process within the nursing team, focusing on actions such as orienting, facilitating or serving as role model in interpersonal relations. It should start within the team itself and spread to different levels.
