Goals and research. The purpose of the study was to find out essential features of successful model and to specify a notion “teacher corporate education” as an effective tool of non-formal education. Methods. Observation, comparative analysis, experience compiling. Results. The results of the study show that several components are necessary for new teachers professionalism development.
