Description
Summary:In the following review, a theoretical reflection is made upon the transformations experienced by the labour organizations and work in the XXI century; this is followed by a conceptual approach to the labour counseling, offered from a systemic thinking perspective that allows to propose an action framework for the discipline specializartion professionals and for the possible contexts from which they can develop interventions. It is concluded that the aim of an intervention from a career counseling perspective will always be the human being; indeed, this field of study targets the promotion of the competencies for the work development and the wellbeing of people within the different contexts in which they interact. At the same time, it is expected to support labor organizations, so that they become more productive places with larger human responsibility, as they enhance the necessary conditions for development and wellbeing of the person and the community in general.
