Summary:In this work the results of the experimental research of soriss croup drying process by means of the convection method and the combining method with using super high – Frequency Currents (SFC) fields have been presented. There have also been calculed the drying process kinetic characteristics: velocities and velocity constants in 1st and 2nd periods. As the result there has been conclude that the SFC fields overlap shortens the duration of drying process and the energy expenditures are reduced.
