Summary: | Abstract: the aim of this study was to obtain implementation model of gender based character building in Indonesian lesson in elementary schools. The current study utilized developmental and experimental research design. The data was collected by using questionnaire and in-depth interview by analyzing the qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study were the gender based policies of the schools of character, the policies of implementing the gender based character building, the blueprint of gender based character building implementation in Indonesian, and the implementation of the gender based character building.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan model pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis gender dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan dan eksperimental. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara mendalam dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kebijakan sekolah berkarakter berbasis gender, kebijakan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter berbasis gender, kisi-kisi pengimpelementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis gender dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dan pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis gender.
