Different antecedents of organizational performance have been considered in the literature. However, organizational culture has not been studied as an antecedent of organizational performance specifically in the context of Quatar’s primary health care sector. Therefore, a theoretical framework will be beneficial in order to gain a better understanding of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance. In this paper, organizational culture is the independent variable which is measured by Denison et al. (2006) model and is based on four traits of culture.
