Summary:The algorithm of calculation of stressed-and-strained state for determination of the optimum friction forces and the diameter of round sheet blank is developed. The theoretical results are compared with the experimental research data. The optimum values of quantity of layers and length of elementary segments, into which accordingly thickness and radius of blank are divided, are determined. The equation for determination of friction force, in addition taking into account the viscosity of lubricant and thickening the flange, is offered.
