Summary:This is a case report of a patient with 35 weeks gestation with globose abdomen who was diagnosed liver mass which had to been studied, they make the surgical procedure and the further histopathological diagnosis was infantile hemangioendothelioma type I, which is a vascular benign tumor, consisting of multiple cystic dilatation with abundant hemorrhage, lined by endothelial cells, some flat and others of epithelioid appearance, with ample cytoplasm, in some areas, necrosis and stromal septa. The patient died 6 hours after birth.
