Summary:The article justifies importance of use of the training form of teaching in higher educational establishment when training a competent specialist. It marks specific features and advantages of the use of trainings in the teaching process. The training, proposed for the master degree of “Economy of a Company” specialty, identifies main professional competences, for formation of which it is directed. An organisational structure of the training, which allows efficiently plan time for its conduct, has been developed with the purpose of introduction of the training into the teaching process. The article offers independent work for students – training participants and a system of control and evaluation of the formed competences of a specialist on economy of a company. It forms a system of criteria of assessment of results of the training education and determines a consequence of formation of the training assessment.<br>Обоснована важность использования тренинговой формы обучения в высшем учебном заведении при подготовке компетентного специалиста. Выделены особенности и преимущества использования тренингов в учебном процессе. В предложенном для магистров специальности «Экономика предприятия» тренинге определены основные профессиональные компетенции, на формирование которых он направлен. С целью внедрения тренинга в учебный процесс разработана организационная структура тренинга, позволяющая эффективно планировать время на его проведение. Предложены самостоятельная работа для студентов – участников тренинга и система контроля и оценки сформированных компетентностей специалиста по экономике предприятия. Сформирована система критериев оценки результатов тренингового обучения и определена последовательность формирования оценки по тренингу.
