| Summary: | Experience report of probation is not mandatory, performed in a clinical nursing specialist in the treatment of wounds of the city of Maceió, in the period April to December 2010. We used the following techniques of data collection: diary stage, structured observation (research participant), refers to the form of clinical service, participation in clinical activities / management, analysis of the physical structure of the clinic, consults to government agencies and regulators normalizers health services. This article aims to present the experiences and activities experienced during the internship. The results could report to assist the nurse in the clinic, the clinical profile of patients, citing the different forms of treatment available and describe some managerial aspects of the constitution and implementation of a nursing clinic. The experience was significant, signaling that the scenario is very important as the stray field of nursing for the student body that seeks to expand their knowledge in the field of dermatology and stomal.
