Summary:Соntent of RNA molecule as marker of protein synthesis in cytoplasm of epithelial and mesenchymal cells of developing rat metanephros in norm and under influence of enalopril and niphedipin were investigated. It is determined that changes of RNA molecules contents in the cells cytoplasm of metanephros epit helial and mesenchymal derivatives under action of enalopril and niphedipin are present. Greatest change s of this substance caused by subtoxic dose of enalopril and toxic dose of niphedipin. Less changes of this substance caused by a therapeutic dose of enalopril and niphedipin. All doses of enalopril and niphedipin render greater influence on maintenance RNA in the cells of epithelium as compared to such in the cells of mesenchymal derivatives. All of doses of niphedipin cause less change s of RNA concentration in metanephros cells cytoplasm as compared to the studied doses of enalopril.
