Summary:Currently no less than 3 mln people in the Russian Federation suffer from venous trophic ulcers [1]. The dynamic venous hypertension plays the major role in the modern representation of chronic vein insufficiency pathogenesis, which predetermines the priority of surgical methods of this pathology therapy. At the same time, according to the data of P.D. Colerige Smith (2003) and Н. Partsch (2003), due to the large amount of absolute and relative contraindications the surgical intervention is performed only for one patient out of four.urrently no less than 3 mln people in the Russian Federation suffer from venous trophic ulcers [1].
