This, in particular, is the presence in some heavy industries the small amount of large and super-large companies, highly insufficient development these industries in general, extremely active protectionist policy of tsarism, significant financial support from its side some privileged companies and firms. In addition, the significant role played factor of adopting world known organizational forms of the formation of monopolies, Western cartels methods.
