The telephone survey collected data and the computer system used to manage the respondents' answers, the response rate was 19.25 percent. In this study, factor analysis and structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses.The results show that cloud computing needs to support mediation supply chain integration. Web 2.0 is a positive relationship between supply chain integration and operational performance there. Results showed a significant positive correlation between supply chain integration and operational performance there. Trust and information sharing on supply chain integration helps to provide a better operational performance.
