Summary: | This article aims to draw attention to French for Specific Purposes teaching at the high school level (option math and science). The experimental study, conducted in an Italian speaking context, showed how it is possible to motivate students by science and technology related tasks, applying action research methodology (J.-P. Narcy-Combes, 2005). The results of a preliminary survey, showing the importance of introducing students to a foreign language as of high school, will be first discussed. Fieldwork reports will then be shown, focusing on some of the given tasks, highlighting the most innovative and well-liked for the students. The third and last part will show final results and outcomes.
