Description
Summary:This paper reports and analyses two projects in telematic art realized in 2011 that had the participation of NANO – Nucleus of Art and New Organisms - School of Fine Arts - UFRJ, research laboratory coordinated by Dr. Carlos (Guto) Nobrega and Dr. Maria Luisa Fragoso, as part of the Post Graduate Program in Visual Arts. Both projects involved the creation of artificial systems for interactivity in telematic environments. The text will present relevant points of the two projects, their relations, resonances and unfoldings. The focus of our analysis is the process of invention of artificial interfaces, their hybridizations, complexity and modes of interaction and presence in the context of works of telematic art.
